The Municipal Court lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The answer court date on your citation is held on the first and third Thursday of each month between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm.  Please refer to your citation for you court date.   If you are not sure of your court date, contact the Municipal Court at 210-824-3281, extension 302, during normal business hours.

Your presence in the City of Olmos Park Court is perhaps your first experience in any court. We want every person to leave this court feeling that he or she has been treated fairly. Municipal Court is the judicial branch of City Government. Traffic violations, violations of City Ordinances and Class C misdemeanors are tried in Municipal Court.

Trials are conducted under the Code of Criminal Procedure, Code for Municipal Courts, and the Texas Rules of Evidence as adopted by the Texas Legislature.

When you appear in Municipal Court, you will be required to adhere to the following guidelines: Appropriate clothing and shoes must be worn.  The wearing of hats and caps is not allowed, food and drinks are not allowed in the courtroom. While the court is in session, cell phones must be turned off. No weapons are allowed.
