NON-APPEARANCE WILL BE FILED AGAINST YOU, A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST AND YOU MAY BE DENIED RENEWAL OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE.
You have the right to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or nolo contendere, and to be represented by an attorney.
If you wish to pay your fine instead of appearing, you may do so by mail or in person. If you choose to pay by mail, send a check or money order payable to the City of Olmos Park, along with your copy of the summons, to the address above. Payment, must be received on or before the appearance date specified.
If you do not pay the fine before your appearance date, you must appear for arraignment on your appearance date to enter your plea and/or be
be assigned a trial date.
DEFENSIVE DRIVING WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO INCOMPLETE OR LATE REQUEST
LIABILITY INSURANCE MESSAGE: A second or subsequent conviction for no liability insurance will result in the suspension of your driver’s license and motor vehicle registration.
A CONVICTION OF AN OFFENSE UNDER A TRAFFIC LAW OF THIS STATE OR A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE MAY RESULT IN THE ASSESSMENT ON YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE OF A SURCHARGE UNDER THE DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAM.
